Nick is an Investment Associate Director at Alpin.
Prior to joining Alpin Nick worked with PwC for over 9 years in M&A and Restructuring. Nick has worked extensively in Private Equity across Australia and Europe.
Nick has a deep understanding of business drivers and leads the due diligence program for the portfolio.
Nick is also responsible for designing the financial/non-financial metrics and monitoring for each investment. Nick is a Chartered Accountant.
