Nick Stuart-Harris
Associate Director
Nick leads Alpin’s transactional strategies. Nick joined Alpin from PwC where he spent 10 years in M&A and Restructuring.
Nick is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has worked extensively in Private Equity across Australia and Europe.
Nick has a deep understanding of business drivers and is responsible for the due diligence program for the portfolio. He is also responsible for designing and monitoring the financial / non-financial metrics for each investment.
