Iain Morris
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Iain is co-founder and Managing Director of Alpin.
Iain has extensive experience as an Investor, Company Director/Chairman, Operating Partner and M&A specialist to a range of businesses across a range of sectors.
Andrew Murray
INVESTMENTS DIRECTOR
Andrew is the Investments Director.
He brings over 15 years of senior management and advisory experience in the utility infrastructure, banking and finance, building and construction, IT and telecommunications, mining, automotive and agriculture sectors.
Fiona Loveridge
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Fiona is the Chief Financial Officer of Alpin. As CFO, Fiona leads the Finance functions of Alpin as well as regulatory engagement.
Nick Stuart-Harris
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nick is an Investment Associate Director at Alpin.
Prior to joining Alpin Nick worked with PwC for over 9 years in M&A and Restructuring. Nick has worked extensively in Private Equity across Australia and Europe.
Aron Schindler

At Alpin, Aron supports portfolio management teams in driving business operations and strategic projects.
Tom Graham
Investment Manager and Origination Lead
Tom is a member of the Investment Team at Alpin, where he leads origination and deal execution across new investment opportunities. His responsibilities span developing investment theses, assessing opportunities, leading due diligence and transaction execution and developing value creation plans for new investments.
James McArdle

James is an Associate at Alpin, working across the investment team and value creation within portfolio businesses.

With over 25 years of experience across product innovation, manufacturing and commercial leadership, Neil joined Alpin following a successful career in senior management roles throughout the building products and manufacturing sectors.
