Tom is a member of the Investment Team at Alpin, where he leads origination and deal execution across new investment opportunities. His responsibilities span developing investment theses, assessing opportunities, leading due diligence and transaction execution and developing value creation plans for new investments.

Tom also works closely with Alpin’s portfolio companies in an operating partner capacity, partnering with management teams on strategic, operational and financial initiatives to drive earnings growth and long-term value creation.

Prior to Alpin, Tom worked at Port Jackson Partners , where he advised clients across corporate strategy, corporate finance and commercial due diligence in Australia, the EU and the US. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at Lendlease across strategy, operations and project delivery, having commenced his career in engineering. Tom has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from The University of Queensland.
