Iain Morris
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Iain is co-founder and Managing Director of Alpin.
Iain has extensive experience as an Investor, Company Director/Chairman, Operating Partner and M&A specialist to a range of businesses across a range of sectors.
Andrew Murray
INVESTMENTS DIRECTOR
Andrew is the Investments Director.
He brings over 15 years of senior management and advisory experience in the utility infrastructure, banking and finance, building and construction, IT and telecommunications, mining, automotive and agriculture sectors.
Nick Stuart-Harris
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nick is an Investment Associate Director at Alpin.
Prior to joining Alpin Nick worked with PwC for over 9 years in M&A and Restructuring. Nick has worked extensively in Private Equity across Australia and Europe.
Sam Sautelle
INVESTMENT MANAGER
Sam is an Investment Manager at Alpin. Sam is an experienced corporate advisor and business operator with experience in strategy consulting (Bain & Company) & private equity (Adamantem Capital).
Fiona Loveridge:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Fiona is the Chief Financial Officer of Alpin. As CFO, Fiona leads the Finance functions of Alpin as well as regulatory engagement.

Luke Morris
Strategic leads at the Ausdeck Group
Luke is our Strategy Leader at the Ausdeck Group. Luke previously worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant within Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte’s global strategy and transformation practice.
He has experience advising clients across a range of public and private industries, specialising in corporate and business unit strategy, and the commercial viability of growth decisions.
His most recent experience involved advising an international State-owned investment fund on their growth strategy and operating model, to generate sustainable returns whilst also providing critical public services to the population.
Luke holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Queensland in both Economics (Quantitative Statistics) and Commerce (Finance).
